1. How long is the delivery time?
Between 3 to 10 working days.
2. What is the shipping cost?
59kr for delivery within Sweden, deliveries abroad has a shipping starting at 99kr. All our packages come with a shipping ID so you can follow your order from door to door.
3. I have ordered with prepayment. What does that mean?
When you place an order and choose prepay as your payment method, your payment will be made in advance, Do not forget to name your payment with your order number to enable us to link to the correct order! The advantage of prepayment is that you log in to your internet bank and pay to our bankgiro at your own pace, with no stress. Payment must however be made within 5 business days from your order, otherwise we will cancel your order and your goods will be returned to the warehouse. Email us if you need our IBAN and BIC numbers.
4. I have not received an order confirmation?
A order confirmation will be sent immidately and automatically to the email address you entered when ordering. Always double check that the email address you entered is correct before making your order. Also, if you have not received any confirmation, check your emails trash bin in case it has ended up there. If you still cannot find any confirmation, it's usually because you have entered the wrong email address when ordering. Make sure to enter your name and the date of your order, this way we can controll if your order has arrived as it should.
