GENERAL TERMS
Fashionell is a Swedish company located in Sweden, but supplies to all countries.
All prices include VAT of 25%.
You must be over 18 years of age to make purchases at Fashionell (regardless of chosen payment method). If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from your parents or a legal caregiver. Fashionell Interior (Njupkärrsvägen 96, 135 46 Tyresö) has approved Swedish company tax (F-tax).

TERMS OF DELIVERY
All packages are sent via DHL ServicePoint or PostNord. Delivery time within Sweden is normally between 2-7 business days. Delivery abroad is normally between 3-14 business days. In case of delay, the customer is notified via the email address stated in the order. Delivery during holiday season, such as Christmas, black friday or other major festivities may cause an extention of delivery times due to high demand. Fashionell is not responsible for delays / damages / lost items caused by the postal service. A fee equivalent of 79kr is collected for packages that are not collected and has to be redelivered. Frames are not included.

QUALITY
Fashionell strives to maintain a high and stable level of quality in all of our products. However, due to differences in the production process, small variations regarding aspects such as color tones may at times occur between products from different product categories. Furthermore, slight variations may also occur between product batches - for example due to changes in our supply chain of production materials. Such a change in our supply chain occured during the spring of 2024, and as such, there might be slight differences between products purchased before and after this date.

Each of our posters are printed with our company name or brand in the lower bottom section of the product.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment is made through:

Klarna Checkout (Invoice, partial payment, direct payment)
Card payment VISA / Mastercard via Payson
Advance payment. Payment is made to our bank giro before the goods are sent. Be sure to name the payment with your order number.

SHIPPING / ORDER
Shipping cost is always SEK 79 for delivery inside Sweden, sent with traceable shipping via DHL ServicePoint. Delivery abroad is sent as mail via PostNord and cost in the range of 99 -119 SEK.
When an order has been placed, a confirmation is sent immediately to the email-adress given. Any comments or inquires regarding the order confirmation must be sent to Fashionell's email as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY
When purchasing goods from Fashionell, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from a purchase during certain conditions (right of withdrawal), as specified under swedish regulations (2005: 59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises. This means that you have the right to regret your purchase by submitting or sending a message to Fashionell within 14 days from receiving the ordered goods (the withdrawal period).
However, this right does not apply to an item that has been manufactured according to the consumer's instructions, or that has otherwise been given a specifically personal character through the addition of personal information, such as prints containing information such as names and specific dates.

If you want to use the right of withdrawal, you as a customer must contact Fashionell, preferably via email. You can also inform Fashionell that you have regretted your purchase by filling in and posting the the swedish consumer agency's form to Fashionell. The form can be found here: http://publications.consultancy.se/en/publications/lagarregler/lagar/2angerblankett.html. The form is sent to the address found under the section "Contact us".

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to Fashionell within 14 days of notifying us of your choice to exercise the right of withdrawal. The customer is expected to pay the cost of return. Send the product to the address below:

The sum you paid for the product, including the original shipping cost, will be refunded no later than 30 days from us receiving your notice of withdrawal from the purchase, provided that Fashionell has received the returned goods in question, or a receipt that the goods have been returned, within said timeframe. Refunds may be performed in ways that differ from the original form of payment.

You have the right to investigate the ordered products to the extent required to determine that the product fulfills its intended function and properties. However, you may be obliged to compensate Fashionell for depreciation if the product has been used or handled to a greater extent than has been necessary in order to determine its properties or function. Such a compensation may amount to the total price of the product.

COMPLAINTS 
A customer who wants to file a complaint regarding a product must do so within a reasonable timeframe from when the cause of concern or complaint was first discovered. Complaints may not be made later than 2 years after the products were originally received. The amount paid for the product will be refunded no later than 30 days from Fashionell receiving notice of your complaint, as well as your bank account information.
